LinksOS · The golf club operating system
The course, the fleet, the crew and the tee sheet. One operating system.
LinksOS brings agronomy, equipment, grounds crew and tee-time operations into one platform built for golf. Your superintendent starts the day with recommendations that explain themselves. Your mechanics see service coming before a machine fails. Your golfers book and check in from their phones. And you see the whole club in one place.
- Live at a championship 18-hole club in the US
- Every AI recommendation explained and approved by your team
- Each tee time sold once, even when two channels race for it
- Card numbers never stored

Most clubs run on a patchwork. It costs money where no one is looking.
Separate tools, spreadsheets and paper logs leave three gaps that end up with the owner.

Inside LinksOS
From the greens to the first tee.
The superintendent's co-pilot
Every zone on the course, assessed before sunrise.
Weather, readings and scouting become a 5:00 AM plan your team approves.

- The course, mapped
Every green, tee, fairway, rough, practice area and landscape bed is a zone, by hole, with its turf type and moisture target, on an interactive course map.
- Field readings in seconds
Staff record soil moisture and temperature, turf quality, wilt stress, disease, dry spots, drainage, pests and weeds, firmness, root depth and clipping yield from a phone, with photos.
- A health score for every zone
Each zone is scored from water, temperature and disease stress, with a trend (improving, stable or declining) and a flag when readings are more than 48 hours old.
- Weather built in
Hourly conditions, forecast and history for the course's own location, a warning when the feed goes stale, and an hour-by-hour playability outlook for golf.
- Recommendations with reasons
Irrigation, mowing and scouting recommendations for each zone every morning, each with its rationale and a confidence score. When rain is forecast, the advice is to hold irrigation, and it says so.
- Irrigation advisory and water log
A zone-by-zone call (irrigate, hold or on target) from the moisture deficit and the 24-hour rain forecast, with every irrigation event logged for the water-usage report.
- A complete record of inputs
Mowing, fertiliser, fungicide, herbicide, pesticide, aeration, topdressing, rolling, verticutting, syringing, hand watering, scouting and repairs, logged zone by zone.
- Alerts before problems spread
Low moisture, stale data, recommendations waiting more than a day for a decision, and overdue work, checked every morning.
- Soil-sensor and irrigation-controller integration
- Disease-risk scoring, and advice that learns from your team
One club, one system, no double entry.
One Saturday in July, with every module working from the same record.

No. Each module works on its own. Clubs usually start with Agronomy and Equipment, or with Tee Time, and add the rest. Every module you add shares the same users, records and reports.
